GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 March 2025
on the details of the registration for a special long stay
The Government hereby orders, pursuant to § 7p (6) and § 7q (1) and (4) of Act No. 65 / 2022 Coll., on certain measures relating to armed conflict in the territory of Ukraine caused by the invasion of Russian troops, as amended by Act No. 24 / 2025 Coll., ("the Act '):
Subject matter
This Regulation lays down:
(a) time to express an interest;
(b) the period of registration for residence;
(c) the relevant date or period for fulfilling the individual conditions for registration for residence; and
(d) the receipt required for registration to stay.
Time to express interest and registration to stay
(1) An interest in a special long-term stay can be expressed between 1 April 2025 and 30 April 2025.
(2) A special long-term stay may be registered between 1 September 2025 and 31 December 2025.
Applicable date or period
The applicable date or period for the fulfilment of the individual conditions for registration of residence referred to in Section 7q (1) of the Act is laid down in the Annex to this Regulation.
Required income
(1) The minimum annual aggregate income of a stranger under Section 7q (1) (d) of the Act for tax periods is CZK 440 000 and is increased by CZK 110 000 for each other jointly registered person.
(2) The minimum tax base on the income of natural persons to a stranger pursuant to § 7q (1) (f) (1) of the Act for the tax period is CZK 440 000 and is increased by CZK 110 000 for each other jointly registered person.
(3) The required income of a stranger according to § 7q (1) (f) (2) of the Act for tax periods amounts to CZK 440 000 and is increased by CZK 110 000 for each other jointly registered person.
(4
(a) CZK 224 880 for the first band of flat-rate arrangements,
(b) CZK 336 600 for the second band of flat-rate arrangements; or
c) 514 800 CZK for the third band of flat-rate regime.
Efficacy
This Government Regulation shall enter into force on 31 March 2025.
