GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 15 March 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic because of a health threat related to the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic and, within the meaning of § 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of a crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures, by virtue of § 5 (c) and § 6 (1) (c) of the Crisis Act.

with effect from 16 March 2020, 00: 00 hours to all staff engaged in the medical profession under Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising the professional competence and specialised competence for the exercise of the medical profession of the physician, dental practitioner and pharmacist, as amended, and under Act No. 96 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for acquiring and recognising the fitness for the exercise of the non-medical medical profession and for the exercise of activities related to the provision of medical care and on the modification of certain related laws (Law on non-medical medical professions), as amended, drawing of leave during the emergency period.
