amending Decree No 294 / 2015 Coll. implementing the rules on road traffic
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 137 (2) for the implementation of § 56 paragraph 8, § 62 paragraph 5, § 63 paragraph 2 and § 79 paragraph 9 of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Act on Road Traffic), as amended by Act No. 478 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 53 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 249 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 341 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 101 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 233 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 239 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 230 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 249 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 341 / 2011 Coll.
Decree No 294 / 2015 Coll., implementing the rules on road traffic, is amended as follows:
1. In the introductory sentence, "§ 79 (8) 'is replaced by" § 79 (9)'.
2. Paragraph 20 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The person mentioned in the authorisation of the special use of the infrastructure consisting of the organisation of a sporting, cultural, religious, entertainment or similar event under the Road Act shall wear warning clothing. ';
3. In Article 20, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) The person mentioned in the authorisation of special use under the Road Act as accompanying the transport of particularly heavy or large loads shall wear warning clothing. '
4. In Annex No 1, the following entry No A 12c is inserted after entry No A 12b:
"A 12. Persons on personal transporters The sign draws attention to the location or section of the infrastructure in which persons on personal transporters often move or collect, cross the road or where there is an increased risk of their sudden entry into the road."
5. In Annex 3, the following entry No B 30a is inserted after entry No B 30:
"B 30a The sign prohibits the entry of persons on personal transporters and travel on personal transporters. The conduct of a passenger carrier by a pedestrian is permitted."
6. In Annex No 5, Part 1, the following entries Nos IZ 9a and IZ 9b are inserted after entry No IZ 8b:
"IZ 9a Cyclists' zone The sign indicates an area where, in addition to the general road traffic rules, specific rules apply to traffic in the cycling zone. At the bottom of the mark, the inscription or appropriate symbol of a vehicle other than bicycles authorised to enter the cycling zone shall be indicated. IZ 9bEnd of the cyclist zone The mark indicates the end of the cycling zone. The mark may be placed only on the left side of the road on the exit of the cycling zone from the opposite side of the" Zone for cyclists. "'
7. In Annex No 7, Part 2, entry 218 reads:
"218Person on personal carrier."
8. In Annex No 8, Part 2, entry No V 8b reads:
"V 8b The crossing for cyclists attached to the crossing for pedestrians The mark indicates the area intended for the crossing of cyclists through the road communication immediately adjacent to the crossing for pedestrians. The area intended to pass cyclists through the road may be highlighted by a designated symbol or by the symbol" Cyclists' lane. "'
9. In Annex No 8, Part 2, the following entry V 8c is inserted after entry V 8b:
"In 8cCombined crossing for pedestrians and crossing for cyclists The sign indicates crossing for pedestrians combined with the area intended to cross cyclists through the road at the crossing point of the path for pedestrians and cyclists with other roads."
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
