The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued Price Decision No. 1 / 2017 of 2 March 2017 amending ERO pricing Decision No. 6 / 2016 on regulated gas supply prices.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published Price Decision No 1 / 2017 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 2 March 2017, amounting to 2. The price decision became valid and effective on that date of publication.
