COMMUNICATION

of 5 April 2007
on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, were deposited with it between 1.3.2007 and 31.3.2007:
1. Appendix 1 (of 14.2.2007) to a collective agreement of higher degree
closed between
Czech Moravian trade union hospitality, hotels and tourism
and
The Union of Trade and Tourism of the Czech Republic.
2. Collective contract of higher degree (dated 14.3.2007 with effect from 1 March 2007 until the date of application of the new contract, but no later than 31 December 2009)
between
Trade union of energy and mining
and
Employee association of mining and oil industry - Association of Miners of the Czech Republic.
