ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 13 March 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status in accordance with Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, a decision on the adoption of emergency measures within the meaning of § 5 (c) and § 6 (1) (c) of the Crisis Act.
Government
order with effect from 13 March 2020 at 12 noon.
1. to all citizens of the Czech Republic and to foreigners with temporary or permanent residence in the Czech Republic residing in the territory of the Czech Republic for more than 90 days or if they are employed in the territory of the Czech Republic who, from the time of this resolution, will return from their residence in the territory of risk areas which, according to the Government Resolution of 12 March 2020 No 198, the Minister for Health, to the Czech Republic to notify this fact immediately after their return to the Czech Republic, by telephone or other remote approach, to his registered health service provider in the field of general practical medicine or practical medicine for children and youth, or do not have any provider in the field of general practical medicine or practical medicine for children and youth. This obligation shall not apply to persons subject to a derogation granted by the Minister of the Interior pursuant to Government Decisions No 198 of 12 March 2020 and No 203 of 13 March 2020,
2. to all providers of health services in the field of general practical medicine or practical medicine for children and youth, that, in the period from the time of the Government's resolution, persons with temporary and permanent residence in the Czech Republic residing in the territory of the Czech Republic over 90 days or are employed in the territory of the Czech Republic, who will return from their stay in the territory of risk areas determined by the Minister for Health, to the Czech Republic, according to the Government Resolution of 12 March 2020 No 198, decide to quarantine pursuant to Article 2 (7) (a) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll. 14 days,
3. all persons not covered by the obligation referred to in point 1 to notify immediately, by telephone or other remote means, of any signs of influenza, to their registered health service provider in the field of general medical practice, or, if they do not have a registered provider, to any provider in the field of general medical practice,
4. All drivers of trucks, bus drivers, transport aircraft crews, drivers, train crews and skippers, ship captains and crew members of vessels, wagon drivers of the communication manager, who, in accordance with the Government Resolution of 12 March 2020 No 198, are required by the Minister for Health to transit or transport within the territory of those risk areas, are recommended to limit as far as possible direct contact with local personnel in the territory of those risk areas.
