Ministry of Environment
of 27 March 1998
declaring a natural monument on Sail 2 and laying down its close protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (3) (l) with regard to § 36 (1) and § 77 (3) of the Czech National Council Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the conservation of nature and landscape:
Announcement of Natural Monuments On Sail 2
(1) A natural monument is declared on Sail 2 ("the natural monument").
(2) The object of protection is parts of ecosystems with unique species-wide communities of plants and animals with a wide range of specially protected species.
Definition of natural monuments
(1) The natural monument is situated in the district of Hradec Králové in the cadastral territory of Nové Hradec Králové on the parcel No 942 / 7. The total area is 28,7941 ha.
(2) The map documents in which the territory of the natural heritage is drawn are, in addition to the register in the central list of nature protection1) deposited at the Ministry of the Environment, Hradec Králové District Office and Hradec Králové City Office.
Closer protection conditions
Only with the consent of the competent authority of nature protection (2) may:
(a) to operate on land in a manner which requires intensive technology, in particular by means and activities which may cause changes in biodiversity, structure and function of the ecosystem or irreversibly damage the soil surface;
(b) use biocides and other chemical products;
(c) carry out any construction activity;
(d) conduct field interventions in connection with the Ministry of Defence's technical equipment (underground lines);
(e) change the type of land and how it is used;
(f) to ride bicycles or horses off the trails reserved by the nature protection authority;
(g) to enter and remain with motor vehicles, except those of public authorities, vehicles needed for agriculture and forestry, State defence, fire protection, health and veterinary services;
(h) collect or catch plants and animals; the exercise of the right of hunting and fishing and the collection of forest fruits is excluded,
(i) organise and organise mass sports, tourism and other public events;
(j) carry out other activities which do not result from a plan of care (3) and may harm the natural heritage, with the exception of ensuring the necessary interests of State defence.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
