GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 10 February 1993
increasing life-minima
The government orders pursuant to § 7 of Act No. 463 / 1991 Coll., on the Life Minimum:
The amount of the minimum of life that is considered necessary under the Life Minimum Act (1) to ensure the nutrition and other basic personal needs of the citizen, (2) is monthly
(a) CZK 1020 for a child under the age of 6,
b) CZK 1130, if it is a child aged between 6 and 10,
(c) CZK 1360, if the child is between 10 and 15 years of age,
d) 1470 CZK, if it is an unprovided child from 15 to 26 years of age,
(e) CZK 1360 for other citizens.
The amount of the minimum of life that is deemed to be required under the Life Minimum Act (1) shall be:
(a) 600 CZK, if it is an individual,
b) 780 CZK if two persons live in the household,
c) 960 CZK if three or four persons live in the household,
(d) CZK 1140, if five or more people live in the household.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 1993.
