ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 13 March 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, the Government declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic because of a health threat related to the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic and, within the meaning of § 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the situation arising, the adoption of crisis measures, by virtue of § 5 (e) and § 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.
Government
prohibited
1. with effect from 14 March 2020, from 6: 00 a.m., the presence of the public at the premises of service providers - swimming pools and tourist information centres,
2. with effect from 14 March 2020, from 6: 00 a.m., the presence of the public at the premises of service providers - indoor and outdoor sports grounds with participation exceeding 30 persons at the same time,
3. with effect from 14 March 2020, retail sales on markets and markets (e.g. SAPA) shall be prohibited from 6: 00.
