DECLARATION
of 6 March 2012
amending Decree No. 16 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Organic Agriculture Act
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Article 35 of Act No. 242 / 2000 Coll., on Organic Agriculture and amending Act No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on Administrative Charges, as amended, as amended, as amended, and Act No. 553 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 344 / 2011 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of Sections 4 (1), 6 (10), 14 (2) and 23 (2) of the Act:
Decree No. 16 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Organic Agriculture Act, is amended as follows:
1. footnote 1 is deleted.
2. In paragraphs 1 and 2, the words "European Community2) 'are replaced by the words" European Union2';
footnote 2:
"(2) Council Regulation (EC) No 834 / 2007 of 28 June 2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 2092 / 91, as amended. Commission Regulation (EC) No 889 / 2008 of 5 September 2008 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 834 / 2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products as regards organic production, labelling and control, as amended. Commission Regulation (EC) No 1235 / 2008 of 8 December 2008 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 834 / 2007 as regards the arrangements for imports of organic products from third countries, as amended. '
3. In the reference under section 2, "2 'is replaced by" 1'.
4. In the reference under section 3, "11 'is replaced by" 10'.

Rabbits
(Paragraph 14 (2) of the Law)
(1) Breeding males and females may behave individually in pens during pregnancy. In the case of group farming, birthing boxes or buildings are located in the pen; the number of birthing boxes or buildings is not less than the number of females housed in the pen. The minimum floor area of the pen shall be 0,5 m2 per adult and 0,75 m2 per female with litter, taking into account the size of the breeding breed. Young rabbits shall be weaned at least 28 days after their birth.
(2) Rabbits in fattening behave in groups; the minimum floor area is 0,2 m2 per rabbit in fattening; rabbits have access to the range.
(3) Breeding rabbits may come from non-organic breeds.
(4) Rabbits from non-organic farming may be referred to as a bioproduct not earlier than 3 months after inclusion in organic farming. ';
6. Article 5 shall be deleted, including the title and the reference under the heading.
7. Annex 1 shall read as follows:
