on the rules for calculating the minimum premium payment limit for liability insurance caused by the provision of a mobile demonstration application
The Digital and Information Agency provides pursuant to § 14 paragraph 11 of Act No. 12 / 2020 Coll., on the right to digital services and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 1 / 2024 Coll.:
Rules for the calculation of the minimum premium payment limit
(1) The minimum premium payment limit per year for liability insurance for the provision of a mobile demonstration application (hereinafter referred to as "minimum premium payment limit") is calculated on the basis for calculating the minimum premium payment limit of CZK 25 000 000 (hereinafter referred to as "calculation basis").
(2) Minimum insurance performance limit in the provision of a mobile demonstration application for the number of
(a) up to 100 000 proving is equal to twice the basis for the calculation;
(b) between 100 001 and 500 000 showing is equal to three times the basis for calculation;
(c) from 500 001 proving is equal to the sum of three times the basis for the calculation and the basis for the calculation for each further starting 500 000 proving over 500 000.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on 1 February 2024.
