DECLARATION
of 10 January 2014
amending Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., on specialisation training of doctors, dentists and pharmacists and the fields of certified courses, as amended
According to § 37 (1) (a) and (g) of Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the medical profession of physician, dental practitioner and pharmacist, as amended by Act No. 189 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., on specialisation training of doctors, dental practitioners and pharmacists, as amended by Decree No. 361 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 286 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (2), the word "neurosurgical 'shall be inserted after the word" internal'.
2. In Annex 1, Part I. The following point 8 is inserted after point 7:

7. In Annex No 2, Part I. DOCTORS, point 8 is deleted.
Points 9 to 52 shall be renumbered 8 to 51.

Points 44 to 51 shall be renumbered 43 to 50.
Transitional provisions
1. Physicians who, on the date of entry into force of this decree into the field of children's neurology and the field of work medicine under Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this decree, complete the training under Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., as effective until the date of entry into force of this decree.
2. Physicians who, before the date of entry into force of this Order, have acquired specialised competence in the field of otorinolaryngology pursuant to Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, shall be deemed to have specialised competence in the field of otorinolaryngology and head and neck surgery under Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of the Decree.
3. Physicians who, after the date of entry into force of this Decree, successfully complete the examination examination of specialist training in otorinolaryngology according to the training programme issued before the date of entry into force of this Decree, shall be considered to have specialised competence in otorinolaryngology and head and neck surgery under Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Decree.
4. Physicians who are included in the basic surgical strain, which is part of the basic field of neurosurgery, before the date of entry into force of this decree will complete the training provided for in Decree No. 185 / 2009 Coll., as effective by the date of entry into force of this decree.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
