GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 22 March 2023
amending certain regulations of the Government concerning the non-acceptance of applications for residence permits in the Czech Republic lodged at representative offices in connection with armed conflict in the territory of Ukraine resulting from the invasion of Russian troops
The Government hereby orders, pursuant to Article 1 of Act No. 175 / 2022 Coll., on further measures in connection with the armed conflict in Ukraine caused by the invasion of the Russian Federation's troops and on the amendment of other laws in connection with the armed conflict in Ukraine caused by the invasion of the Russian Federation's troops, and pursuant to Section 5a (2) of Act No. 65 / 2022 Coll., on certain measures in connection with the armed conflict in Ukraine caused by the invasion of the Russian Federation's troops, as amended by Act No. 175 / 2022 Coll.:
EFFECTIVE
(1) This Regulation shall take effect on 31 March 2023.
(2) Parts of the first and third of this Regulation shall cease to be in force on 31 March 2024 and part of the second of this Regulation shall cease to be in force on the date on which Paragraph 5a of Act No 65 / 2022 Coll.
