on the uniform working arrangements for staff of public forest authorities and their designation
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 51 (3) of Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., on Forests and on the amendment and addition of certain laws (Forest Act):
Definition of the form of the uniform
(1) The service uniform (hereinafter referred to as the "uniform"), made up or tailored, consists of the mandatory clothing components listed in Annex 1; The same Annex also includes permitted clothing components which may be combined with mandatory clothing components.
(2) Part of the uniform is the metal badge of the state forest administration. The badge is made of white metal with enamel, with a registration number on the back. The badge is worn on the left side of the jacket. The pattern of the outside of the badge is shown in Annex 2.
Allocation of uniform
(1) The head of the public authorities of the forests shall determine the range of professional staff assigned to them in order to perform their duties; the uniform shall be allocated only after the test period has elapsed. 1)
(2) On the first allocation of the uniform, staff members shall be assigned only mandatory parts of the uniform.
(3) The same-track components are changed annually at a value equivalent to 50% of the value of the mandatory components of the uniform.
(4) In the event of the destruction or damage to the uniform or its components as a result of exceptional circumstances without the fault of the staff member, the competent authority of the State administration shall assign to the staff the mandatory component of the uniform without including its value in the regular replacement of the uniform components.
(5) A cash performance cannot be provided instead of the allocation of the uniform components.
Registration
(1) Entitlement to the replacement of uniform components is incurred at annual intervals. The same cross-border component, with the value of the financial amount of the annual replacement, may be drawn within two years of the entitlement.
(2) The records of the issue of uniform components and their financial value shall be kept on the registers on which the staff members sign the date of issue, the number and type of uniform components taken over.
Use of uniform
(1) The same person who is entitled to wear in the performance of his duties must use the staff member as economically as possible and keep him in good condition. They shall not modify individual uniform components in such a way as to alter their external appearance, or wear any other marking or decoration on the uniform.
(2) Equatorial wear is not permitted to be supplemented by components other than those listed in Annex 1 to this Decree. Low shoes are worn to the uniform. High shoes or boots may be worn in the operating conditions. The components of the uniform shall be worn alternatively, taking into account the seasons.
(3) Staff who do not regularly wear uniform in the performance of their duties may reduce the financial limit for replacement of uniform components for the next calendar year (Section 2 (3)).
(4) In the event that the employee terminates his employment, he does not return the uniform, he returns only the badge of the state administration of the forests.
Final provisions
The decree of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic No. 58 / 1992 Coll., setting out details of forestry uniforms, is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
