CONSTRUCTION LAW
of 22 January 2004
on changes in national borders with the Republic of Austria
Parliament has decided on the following constitutional law of the Czech Republic:
Čl. 1
The Parliament of the Czech Republic agrees with the changes to the national borders of the Czech Republic with the Republic of Austria under the Treaty between the Czech Republic and the Republic of Austria on changes to the course of the common national borders, signed at Prague on 26 October 2001.
Čl. 2
The amendments to the national borders of the Czech Republic under the Treaty referred to in Article 1 shall take effect on the date on which this Treaty enters into force.
Čl. 3
This constitutional law shall take effect on the day of its publication.
