DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Fuel and Energy
of 22 June 1989
amending Decree No. 139 / 1983 of the Federal Ministry of Fuel and Energy Coll., on the Basic Conditions of Heat Supply
The Federal Ministry of Fuel and Energy, in agreement with the participating central authorities and the State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, provides, pursuant to Article 392 (1) of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., as amended:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Fuel and Energy No. 139 / 1983 Coll., on the Basic Conditions of Heat Supply, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 3 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) For GJs, a tolerance of + 3% and - 10% is permitted in the contract period for wholesale and medium-sized customers. '
Article 6 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) The contractual period is annual or quarterly for wholesale and medium-sized customers."
3. In the first sentence of Paragraph 8 (3), the heading "20 'is replaced by" 10' and the words "2 months' are replaced by" 1 month '.
This decree shall take effect on 1 August 1989.
