On behalf of the Republic
On 21 February 2024, the Constitutional Court decided, under the sp. zn. Pl. ÚS 49 / 23, in plenary composed of the President of the Court of Josef Boxy and the Judges of Lucie Dolanská Bányai, Josef Fiala, Jaromír Jirsy (Judge of the Rapporteur), Veronica Christian, Zdenek Kühn, Tomáš Ličovnik, Kateřina Ronovska, Jan Svatona, Pavel Šámal, Vojtětěch Šimíček, David Uhlík, Jan Winter and Daniela Zeman, on the proposal of the Director of the Regional Office of the South Moravian Region on the abolition of the order of the Municipality of Hosteradky no 1 / 2013, of 30 May 2013, with the participation of the Municipality of the Grand Hostěrádek 66, as a party to the proceedings,
as follows:
I. Articles 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, respectively, in the words "operated by local associations" of Regulation No 1 / 2013 of the Municipality of Great Hosterádky issuing the market order of 30 May 2013, shall be deleted from the date of the publication of the finding in the Collection of Laws and International Treaties.
II. The proposal to repeal Article 6 in the words "for the notified vaccination of domestic animals" of Regulation No 1 / 2013 of the Municipality of Great Hosterádky issuing the market order of 30 May 2013 is rejected.
III. To the remaining extent, the proposal is rejected.
