GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 26 April 1995
fixing the rate of duty applicable to imports of potato starch and wine
The Government orders pursuant to § 56 paragraph 2 and § 57 paragraph 1 (g) of the Czech National Council Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
(a) For subheading 1108 13 00 - potato starch, the import duty rate of 0% for a tariff quota of 4 000 tonnes shall apply.
(b) For subheading 2204 10 - sparkling wine, the rate of import duty shall be 25% for a tariff quota of 3 800 hectolitres.
(c) For subheading 2204 21 - wine in containers of less than 2 litres, the rate of import duty shall be 25% for a tariff quota of 40 000 hectolitres.
(d) For subheading 2204 29 - wine in bulk, in containers over 2 litres, the import duty rate shall be 25% for a tariff quota of 150 000 hectolitres.
For the period of validity of this Regulation, the rates of duty laid down in Decree No. 265 / 1994 Coll., Customs Tariff, shall not apply to the items defined in Paragraph 1 and under the conditions defined therein. For the subheadings defined in Section 1 (a) and under the conditions defined therein, the customs duties fixed in the customs tariff shall not apply until 31 July 1995.
Paragraph 1 (a) shall not apply after 31 July 1995.
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 31 August 1995.
