GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 March 2022
on the contribution to the solidarity household
The Government hereby orders, pursuant to § 8 (6) and (7) of Act No 66 / 2022 Coll., on measures in the field of employment and social security in connection with armed conflict in Ukraine caused by the invasion of Russian troops:
(1) The solidarity household allowance (hereinafter referred to as "the allowance") is granted for the calendar months of March to June 2022, amounting to CZK 3 000 per resident per calendar month, up to a maximum of 4 persons staying per calendar month in one solidarity household.
(2) The condition for granting the allowance referred to in paragraph 1 shall be that the accommodation has been provided to the person staying for a period of at least 16 consecutive days during the calendar month.
(1) This Regulation shall take effect on 11 April 2022.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 31 March 2023.
