GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 March 1997
fixing the rates of duty and the tariff quotas for imports of certain types of cereals, wine, paper, yarn and glass flasks for cathode-ray tubes
The Government orders pursuant to § 56 paragraph 2 and § 57 paragraph 1 (g) of the Czech National Council Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
(a) For tariff subheading 1) 1005 90 00 - maize, the import duty rate of 0% for a tariff quota of 50 000 tonnes shall apply.
(b) For the tariff number (1) 2204 - wine of fresh grapes, including fortified wine, must other than that of heading 2009, the rate of import duty shall be 25% for a tariff quota of 250 000 hectolitres.
(c) For tariff subheading 1) 4811 31 00 - paper or paperboard, coated, impregnated or covered with plastics (excluding adhesives), bleached, weighing more than 150 g / m2, the import duty rate of 0% for a tariff quota of 1 500 tonnes shall apply.
(d) For tariff subheading 1) 5402 10 90 - high tenacity yarn of nylon or other polyamides, the other applies a duty rate of 0% for a tariff quota of 1 600 tonnes.
(e) For tariff subheading 1) 5402 20 00 - high-tenacity yarn of polyesters, the import duty rate of 0% for a tariff quota of 700 tonnes shall apply.
(f) For tariff subheading 1) 7011 20 00 - glass flasks or tubes for cathode-ray tubes, the import duty rate of 0% for a tariff quota of 7 950 tonnes shall apply.
For the period of validity of this Regulation, the rates of duty laid down in the Customs Tariff shall not apply to the subheadings and the heading defined in Paragraph 1 and under the conditions defined therein. 1)
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 31 December 1997.
