on the issue of a price decision
According to Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, the Energy Regulatory Authority informs that, pursuant to Article 17 (6) (e) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment to Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued Price Decision No. 1 / 2009 of 26 February 2009 amending Price Decision No. 11 / 2008 on Gas Prices.
According to Article 17 (10) (b) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published a price decision in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 3 March 2009, amounting to 3. The price decision became valid on that date. The price decision shall take effect on 1 April 2009.
