DECLARATION

amending and supplementing Decree No. 576 / 1991 of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic Coll., on the establishment of branches of certain regional and regional courts
The Ministry of Justice according to § 33 paragraph 5 of Act No. 335 / 1991 Coll., on Courts and Judges, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 17 / 1993 Coll., provides:
Decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic No. 576 / 1991 Coll., on the establishment of branches of certain regional and district courts, is amended as follows:
1. Sections 1 and 2, including the title, shall be deleted.
2. After Paragraph 4, the following Sections 4a and 4b are inserted:
"Regional Court in Ostrava - Branch Office in Olomouc
In the district of the Regional Court in Ostrava, its branch is established, based in Olomouc.
Regional Court in Ostrava - Branch Office in Olomouc
(a) decide on appeals against decisions of the District Courts in Olomouc and Šumperk in civil proceedings, with the exception of decisions on commercial, labour, improvement and invention matters, matters of international importance and succession proceedings;
(b) decide, in civil proceedings, with the exception of the cases referred to in (a), to exclude judges and to order the case to another court of the same degree, if, pursuant to a special rule (4), the Judges of the District Courts of Olomouc and Šumperk are excluded from hearing the case, the Commandment of the case to another court for reasons of suitability, (5) the disagreement of the District Courts of Olomouc and Šumperk with the referral of the case, (6) or the transfer of jurisdiction (7). "

3. After Paragraph 6, the following Sections 6a and 6b are inserted:
"District Court in Vsetín - Branch Office in Valaš Mezirich
A branch of the District Court in Vsetín is established in the district of the District Court of Vsetín.
The District Court in Vsetín - a branch in Valašské Mezíříčí decides in civil proceedings, with the exception of matters with international element, business, labour and administrative justice matters, in matters in which the resident or seat of the participant under the special regulation 1 is governed by the local jurisdiction, the municipalities Babice, Branky, Brňov, Bínina, Lower Bečva, Hážovice, Horní Bečva, Hrachovec, Hutisko, Choryna, Jarcová, Jasenice, Juríka, Kelč, Kladeruby, Komárovice, Krhová, Kunovice, Lazy, Lhotá, Lhota u Chorna, Lhotka nad Kočovka nad Bečovka, Little Byřice, Lhotka, Lšnovice, Mšnovice, Průvice, Osnice, Pořenice, Police, Police, Police, Polící, Pošíčnka, Příčí, Půčí, Počina, Půčina, Poží@@
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
