GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 March 2024
on the maximum amount of the contribution to support the employment of persons with disabilities in the protected labour market
The Government orders pursuant to § 78a paragraph 17 of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Act No. 365 / 2019 Coll.:
Preliminary provisions
This Regulation establishes the maximum amount of the contribution to support the employment of disabled persons provided by the employer with whom the Labour Office of the Czech Republic has concluded a written agreement on his recognition as an employer in the protected labour market (hereinafter referred to as the "contribution ').
Maximum amount of contribution
The maximum amount of the allowance is CZK 15 700.
Temporal scope
According to this Regulation, the first step shall be to determine the contribution for the first calendar quarter of 2024.
Repeal
Government Decree No. 276 / 2022 Coll., on the maximum amount of contribution to support the employment of disabled persons in the protected labour market, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 April 2024.
