GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 March 1996
amending and supplementing Regulation No 251 / 1992 of the Government of the Czech Republic Coll., on the pay ratios of staff of budgetary and certain other organisations, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 23 (b), (c) and (f) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call duty in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll.:
Čl. I
Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 251 / 1992 Coll., on the pay ratios of employees of budgetary and certain other organisations, as amended by Decree of the Government No. 76 / 1994 Coll. and Decree of the Government No. 141 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the first sentence of Paragraph 2 (3), the words "up to one of the ten grades of pay 'are replaced by the words" up to the grade'.
2. In Paragraph 7 (1), the words "40% of the 10th wage tariff 'are replaced by the words" 50% of the highest wage tariff'.
3. In Paragraph 7 (2), the word "tenth 'is replaced by the word" ninth' and the word "tenth 'by the word" highest'.
4. In the first sentence of Paragraph 10a (1), the words "30 June 'are replaced by the words" 31 May or before 30 June, if the staff member has worked until June,' and the words "before 'are inserted after the words" 30 November or'.

"(6) The next salary shall be payable within the next day set for payment of the salary after entitlement to the next salary has been established. Before fulfilling the conditions for entitlement to the additional salary laid down in paragraphs 1, 2 and 4, the employer may grant up to two advances for the additional salary, provided that the staff member agrees to repay them in the event that he does not receive the additional salary or to repay the amount by which the advance granted exceeded the additional salary. ';
6. In Paragraph 11 (1), the words "first to 10th 'are replaced by the words" lowest to highest' and the words "first to 10th '.
7. In Article 11 (3), the words "first to 10th 'are replaced by the words" lowest to highest' and the words "first to 10th '.
8. in Article 11 (5) (a), the words' first to 10th 'shall be replaced by' lowest to highest ';
9. In Paragraph 14, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) In order to mitigate the consequences of decisions excluding pupils and students as a result of political persecution during the period from 25 February 1948 to 1 January 1990 from studies in secondary or higher education schools and universities, the employer may, by way of derogation from § 5 (1) (b) and (c), include in full the period of experience in the field of required work achieved before the completion of the level of education set out in the catalogue or required by the employer and the period of other practice, provided that the staff member has completed the relevant studies properly on the basis of the study rehabilitation (13).

10. In Annex 1 to the Catalogue of Works Part 7. Artistic works and works of art realization, the following example No 7.04 is added:
"7.04. Organisational provision of performance and testing with responsibility for safety of operation and safe preparation of technical equipment in multifile theatres or in theatres with the operation of demanding technical equipment (e.g. control counter, rope, turntable, sinks). '
11. In Annex No 1 to the Catalogue of Works in the Qualification Predictions of Education: "The achievement of the qualification requirement of education is understood to mean the education obtained in the manner laid down by the Special Act [Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Higher Vocational Schools (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 188 / 1988 Coll., Act No. 171 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 522 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 134 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 190 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 331 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 49 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 192., Act No. 192 / 1994 Coll., and Act No. 138 / 1995 Coll., and Act No. 172 / 1990 Coll.
12. Annex 2 shall read as follows:
