of 22 March 1994
amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 202 / 1990 Coll., on lotteries and other similar games
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 202 / 1990 Coll., on lotteries and other similar games is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 4 (1), the words: "and in the case of horse racing betting by an organisation designated by the Ministry in agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Czech Republic."
2. in Paragraph 4, the following paragraph 5 is inserted after paragraph 4:
"(5) An authorisation for horse racing betting may be issued only if 90% of the yield is used for horse racing breeds. '
Paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 shall be renumbered paragraphs 6, 7 and 8.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
