DECLARATION
of 19 December 2019
amending Decree No 227 / 2008 Coll., determining the amount of the flat-rate amount of additional control costs, the costs incurred in verifying compliance with the specifications and costs incurred by the competent authorities in connection with the entry or import of food and raw materials from third countries (Ordinance on flat-rate costs)
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to Article 18 (1) (p) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on Food and Tobacco Products and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 120 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 139 / 2014 Coll. and Act No. 26 / 2017 Coll., pursuant to § 16 (5) of Act No. 91 / 1996 Coll., on Feed, as amended by Act No. 279 / 2013 Coll., under Act No. 75 (4) of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the Amendment to Certain Related Laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 182 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 309 / 2011 Coll., and Act No. 18 / 2012 Coll., and under Article 88 (1) (e) of Act No. 326 / 2004 Coll.
Decree No. 227 / 2008 Coll., setting the amount of the flat-rate amount of additional control costs, the costs incurred in verifying compliance with the specifications and the costs incurred by the competent authorities in connection with the entry or import of food and raw materials from third countries (the standard cost decree), is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1, the words "European Communities' are replaced by the words" European Union '.
2. in Paragraph 1 (a):
"(a) the additional checks referred to in Article 79 (2) (c) of Regulation (EU) 2017 / 625 of the European Parliament and of the Council, ';
3. footnote 1 shall read:
"(1) For example, Article 79 (2) of Regulation (EU) 2017 / 625 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 March 2017 on official controls and other official activities carried out to ensure the application of food and feed law and animal health and animal welfare, plant health and plant protection products, amending Regulation (EC) No 999 / 2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Regulation (EC) No 396 / 2005, (EC) No 1069 / 2004 and Council Directives 89 / 648 / EEC, 89 / 662 / EEC, Regulation (EU) No 652 / 2014, (EU) 2016 / 429 / 119 / EC and (EU) 2016 / 2031, Council Regulation (EC) No 1099 / 2009 and Council Directives 98 / 58 / EC, 1999 / 74 / EC, 2007 / 43 / EC, 2008 / 119 / EC and 2008 / 120 / EC and repealing Regulation (EC) of the European Parliament and Regulation (EC.";
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
