GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 4 February 2008
amending Government Regulation No 515 / 2004 Coll., on material support for the creation of new jobs and material support for retraining or training of employees in the context of investment incentives, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 111 (12) of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment:
Government Decree No. 515 / 2004 Coll., on material aid for the creation of new jobs and material support for retraining or training of employees in the context of investment incentives, as amended by Government Decree No. 578 / 2004 Coll. and Government Decree No. 338 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 (1), including footnote 1, reads as follows:
"(1) The amount of the employer's material support for creating new jobs under investment incentives is CZK 50,000 per new job set up in the Territorial Area (1) with an unemployment rate of at least 50% higher than the average unemployment rate in the Czech Republic.
1) § 111 (10) of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment. '
2. In Paragraph 2 (1), "the average unemployment rate in the Czech Republic" is replaced by "50% higher than the average unemployment rate in the Czech Republic,"
The amount of material aid referred to in Article 1 (1) of Decree No 515 / 2004 Coll., as effective by the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall apply to the projects to obtain investment incentives submitted before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
