DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 177 / 1996 Coll., on the remuneration of lawyers and the compensation of lawyers for the provision of legal services (Law Tariff), as amended
The Ministry of Justice provides pursuant to § 22 (2) of Act No. 85 / 1996 Coll., on the Advocate General, as amended by Act No. 228 / 2002 Coll.:
In § 9 (3) of Decree No. 177 / 1996 Coll., on the remuneration of lawyers and the compensation of lawyers for the provision of legal services (Law Tariff), point (f) reads as follows:
"(f) actions, appeals and other legal cases pending under the Administrative Rules of Procedure, with the exception of cases referred to in paragraph 2, and ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
