DECLARATION
of 4 March 2019
amending Decree No. 429 / 2010 Coll., providing for exceptions to the obligation of a stranger to apply for a visa or residence permit at the local representative office
The Ministry of Interior, after consulting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, provides for Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 382 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 427 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 101 / 2014 Coll. and Act No. 222 / 2017 Coll.:
Decree No. 429 / 2010 Coll., providing for exceptions to the obligation of a stranger to apply for a visa or residence permit at the local representative office, is amended as follows:
1. In the Annex, point 16 is deleted.
Points 17 to 42 shall become points 16 to 41.
2. In the Annex, the following point 34 is inserted after point 33:
'34. United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, '.
Points 34 to 41 shall become points 35 to 42.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the date on which the Treaty on European Union and the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union cease to apply to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
