DECLARATION
of 15 December 2004
amending Decree No 222 / 1995 Coll., on waterways, navigation in ports, common accidents and the transport of dangerous goods, as amended by Decree No 412 / 2004 Coll.
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 52 of Act No. 114 / 1995 Coll., on Inland Navigation, as amended by Act No. 358 / 1999 Coll. and Act No. 118 / 2004 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of § 3 (2) of the Act:
Decree No 222 / 1995 Coll., on waterways, navigation in ports, common accident and transport of dangerous goods, as amended by Decree No 412 / 2004 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) The traffic-significant used waterway referred to in § 3 (4) (c) of the Act in the section from the river km 207,0 to the supply of the water flow of Dyje is the waterway of the 0. class. '
2. in Article 5 (1) (a) (1), the words "for classification class 0........... 10 m," shall be inserted after the words "in the river."
3. in Article 5 (1) (a) (2), the words "for classification class 0........... 6 m," shall be inserted after the words "in the canal."
4. In Article 5 (1) (b), the words "1,20 + 0,30 m for classification class 0 'are inserted after the words" adjusted waterways'.
5. in Article 5 (1) (b) (2), the words "at least 0,30 m for classification class 0" shall be inserted after the words "in the canal."
6. in Article 6 (1) (a), the words "for class 0..................... 5,30 m," shall be inserted after the words "the smallest width."
7. in Paragraph 6 (1) (b), the words "for class 0................. 38,40 m," shall be inserted after the words "the smallest length."
8. in Paragraph 6 (1) (c), the words "for class 0................ 1,50 m" shall be inserted after the words "the smallest depth above the negative."
9. In Annex 1, the current table becomes 1A and the following table 1B is added:
"1B Classification of inland waterways intended for the operation of passenger waterway transport

This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005.
