DECLARATION
of 22 February 2006
amending Decree No. 345 / 2002 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Coll., laying down measuring instruments for compulsory verification and measuring instruments subject to type approval
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 27 of Act No. 505 / 1990 Coll., on Metrology, as amended by Act No. 119 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 137 / 2002 Coll.:
Decree No 345 / 2002 Coll., laying down the measuring instruments for compulsory verification and the measuring instruments subject to type approval, is amended as follows:

This decree has been notified in accordance with Directive 98 / 34 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 1998 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and rules and of rules on information society services, as amended by Directive 98 / 48 / EC. ';
2.
Approval and verification
Type-approval and verification shall be subject to measuring instruments the types of which are listed in the Annex. The type approval and initial verification shall not be subject to a measuring instrument covered by Section 24b of the Act. In addition, type-approval shall not be subject to: measurement assemblies of the taximeter of taxis, graduated flasks, burettes and pipettes used to control volume, sedimentation pipettes (Westergren), stationary tanks used as volume gauges, tachographs with registration of the working activity of motor vehicle drivers which are required by them, test machines for mechanical testing of material, measuring microphones and personal audiences. ';
3. In the Annex to item 1.1.4, the words "taxi vehicles' are deleted.
4. In the Annex, the following entry 1.1.5 is inserted after entry 1.1.4:
| „1.1.5 Měřicí sestavy taxametru vozidel taxislužby | 2 roky“. |
The current item 1.1.5 is renumbered 1.1.6.
5. In the Annex, in entry 1.1.6, the words "and CSN ISO 5223 'are added.
6. In the Annex, the following entry 1.1.7 is inserted after entry 1.1.6:
"1.1.7 Automatic level meters on stationary tanks
| a) automatické hladinoměry | 2 roky |
| b) automatické hladinoměry s automatickou kontrolou metrologických parametrů | 4 roky“. |
7. In the Annex, entry 1.3.7 is deleted.
Items 1.3.8 to 1.3.15 are renumbered as items 1.3.7 to 1.3.14.
8. in the Annex, under 1.3.9 (d):
| „d) objemové vodoměry | 6 roků*) |
*) If the volume meters of the specified set have subsequently been checked in bulk on the basis of a satisfactory result of the statistical selection test carried out, the period of validity of the subsequent verification of the volume meters of that set shall be determined for 3 years. "
9. in the Annex, point 1.3.10 (a) reads as follows:

*) If the membrane gas meters up to the size of the G6 of the specified set were subsequently checked in bulk, based on the satisfactory result of the statistical selection test, the period of validity of the subsequent verification of the gas meters of the set shall be determined for 4 years. "
10. in the Annex, point 1.3.10 (d) shall read:
"(d) convertors of the quantity of gas subjected to a regular reduced test with a period of validity of 1 year:

11. in the Annex to point 1.3.11 (h), the words "and gas" shall be deleted;
12. in the Annex to item 1.3.11, the following points (j), (k), (l) and (m) are added:

| k) snímače teploty se zabudovaným převodníkem | 2 roky |
| l) snímače protečeného množství kapalin jiných než voda nebo než zkapalněné plyny | 2 roky |

13. in the Annex, points 2.1.2 (b) and 2.1.3 (b) are inserted after the words "municipal waste," the words "recycled materials," and the words "mineral and broken materials" are inserted after the words "building debris."
14. In the Annex, in entry 2.2.1, the words "2 years' are replaced by the words" 1 year '.
15. in the Annex, entry 2.2.2 reads:
"2.2.2 Tachographs with registration of the working activity of motor vehicle drivers, which are compulsory by them

16. In the Annex, entry 2.3.2 reads as follows:

17. in the Annex to point 2.4.2 (b), the words "and rock anchors" and the words "1 year" are replaced by "6 months."
18. In the Annex, entry 3.1.1 reads as follows:

19. In the Annex, entry 3.1.3 reads as follows:
"3.1.3. Heat and cold meters and their members
| a) kompaktní měřiče tepla a chladu | 4 roky |

20. In the Annex, entries 3.1.5 and 3.1.6 are deleted.
Item 3.1.7 is renumbered as item 3.1.5.
21. in the Annex, entries 4.2.3 and 4.2.4 are deleted;
22. In the Annex, the following entry 5.1.2 is inserted after entry 5.1.1:
| „5.1.2 Luxmetry | 2 roky“. |
23. In the Annex, the following entry 6.1.5 is inserted after entry 6.1.4:
| „6.1.5 Osobní zvukové expozimetry | 2 roky“. |
24. In the Annex, in entry 7.1.5, the symbol "< 'is replaced by the symbol" ≤'.
25. In the Annex, the following entry 7.4.2 is inserted after entry 7.4.1:

26. In the Annex, at the end of item 8.8, the words "and for checking the release levels and conditions for placing radionuclides in the environment 'are added.
27. In the Annex, the following entries 8.11 and 8.12 are inserted after entry 8.10:

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 2 April 2006, with the exception of Article I (3) and (4), which shall take effect on 30 October 2006, and Article I (6), which shall take effect on 1 July 2007.
