GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 5 March 2009
determining the type of work which the Agency may not provide in the form of a temporary secondment to work with the user
The Government orders pursuant to § 64 of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, hereinafter referred to as "the Act":
The Agency may not provide employment for foreigners in the form of temporary secondment to work with the user for work in underground mines or for those types of work whose performance is sufficient for a lower level of education than a secondary education with a graduate examination, except for the types of work listed in the Annex to this Regulation.
Transitional provision
This Regulation shall not apply to an employment relationship or employment agreement concluded between an employee and an employment agency (Section 66 of the Act) before the date of entry into force of this Regulation and to an employment relationship or an employment agreement (Section 66 of the Act), concluded from the date of entry into force of this Regulation in accordance with a permit to work issued following an application received by the employment office before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
This Regulation shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
