GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 February 2020
on an increase in the amounts of the life minima and the existence minima
The Government mandates pursuant to § 9 (2) of Act No. 110 / 2006 Coll., on the Life and Existence Minimum:
The amount of living minimum of the individual is CZK 3,860 per month.
(1) The amount of the life minimum of the person who is judged first in the order is CZK 3,550 per month.
(2) The amount of the minimum of life of the person considered second or second in order shall be monthly:
(a) CZK 3,200 for a person from 15 years of age who is not a dependent child,
(b) CZK 2,770 for an uninsured child aged between 15 and 26;
(c) CZK 2 420 for a dependent child from 6 to 15 years of age,
(d) CZK 1,970 for a child under 6 years of age.
The amount of the person's existence minimum is CZK 2,490 per month.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2020.
