on the list of hazardous chemicals, mixtures and powders and conditions for the management of hazardous chemicals and mixtures and conditions for the performance of activities associated with hazardous exposure to dust
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides pursuant to § 65 (4) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 178 / 2016 Coll.:
§ 1
Subject matter
This decree implements the relevant provisions of the European Union1) and regulates the provisions directly applicable to the European Union2)
(a) a list of hazardous chemicals and mixtures with which pupils may be treated under the direct supervision or supervision of persons with professional competence under the Public Health Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as "the person with professional competence") in practical training;
(b) a list of the amounts of money to which pupils may be exposed in the course of practical training in the performance of activities relating to hazardous exposure to dust;
(c) conditions for the disposal of hazardous chemicals and mixtures;
(d) conditions for carrying out activities associated with hazardous exposure to dust.
§ 2
Conditions for the disposal of hazardous chemicals and mixtures
(1) In practical teaching, pupils may handle hazardous chemicals and mixtures listed in Part I of the Annex to this Decree under the supervision of persons with professional competence. This person must be present in a classroom or other place where pupils work with dangerous chemicals or mixtures.
(2) In practical teaching, pupils may treat dangerous chemicals and mixtures listed in Part II of the Annex to this Decree under the direct supervision of persons with competence. This person must oversee the pupil directly in a classroom or other place where pupils work with dangerous chemicals or mixtures.
(3) Pupils may not dispose of hazardous chemicals and mixtures listed in Part II of the Annex to this Decree until they have acquired basic skills in the management of hazardous chemicals and mixtures listed in Part I of the Annex to this Decree.
(4) The principles of safety of work in practical teaching and the conditions for the management of hazardous chemicals and mixtures are governed by the relevant precautionary guidance contained in the safety data sheet, in accordance with the directly applicable European Union regulation governing the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemical substances (3).
§ 3
Hazardous dust exposure
(1) The activities related to the hazardous exposure of wood dust listed in Part III of the Annex to this Decree may be carried out by pupils, under the direct supervision of the person who teaches the subject, or by an instructor at the workplace of legal or natural persons where pupils perform practical teaching. This person must oversee the pupil directly in the classroom or in another place in which pupils perform activities associated with dangerous exposure to dust.
(2) In practical teaching, pupils may carry out activities related to exposure to dust in respect of activities where the average eight-hour concentrations of dust in working air do not exceed the permissible exposure limit laid down for the type of dust in question by a government regulation laying down conditions for the protection of health at work.
§ 4
Common provisions
(1) In practical teaching, pupils may only perform work and activities which are not classified as risk work in categories 3 and 4 under the Public Health Protection Act.
(2) With the characteristics of hazardous chemicals, mixtures or dust, the principles of safe handling and the safe performance of activities are recognised by pupils
(a) in the case of hazardous chemicals and mixtures, a person with professional competence;
(b) in the case of activities related to hazardous exposure to dust, the person who teaches the subject in question or the instructor at the workplace of legal or natural persons where pupils perform practical teaching.
§ 5
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.

List of hazardous chemicals and mixtures to be handled under supervision by pupils
The list of hazardous chemicals and mixtures shall be based on the class and hazard category of chemicals and mixtures in accordance with their classification in accordance with the directly applicable European Union regulation on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures (4).
(1) Chemicals and mixtures which are classified as hazardous to health:
(a) "Acute toxicity" of category 3 or 4, marked by the Acute Tox code. 3 or Acute Tox. 4,
(b) "Skin corrosion / irritation" of category 1, 1A, 1B, 1C or 2, marked by Skin Corr. 1, Skin Corr. 1A, Skin Corr. 1B, Skin Corr. 1C or Skin Irrit. 2,
(c) "Severe eye damage / eye irritation" of category 1 or 2, marked by Eye Dam codes. 1 or Eye Irrit. 2,
(d) "Respiratory sensitisation / skin sensitisation" of category 1, 1A or 1B, identified by the code Resp. Sens. 1, Resp. Sens. 1A, Resp. Sens. 1B, Skin. Sens. 1, Skin. Sens. 1A or Skin. Sens. 1B,
(e) "germ cell mutagenicity" of Category 2, marked by the code Muta. 2,
(f) "Carcinogenicity" of category 2, marked by Carc. 2,
(g) "Reproductive toxicity" of category 2 or additional categories of effects on or via lactation, marked with Repr. 2 or Lact.
(h) "Specific target organ toxicity - single exposure" of category 1, 2 or 3, identified by STOT SE 1, STOT SE 2 or STOT SE 3;
(i) "Specific target organ toxicity - repeated exposure" of category 1 or 2, identified by STOT RE 1 or STOT RE 2 codes;
(j) "Inhalation hazards" of Category 1, marked by Asp. Tox. 1.
(2) Chemicals and mixtures classified as hazardous in the field of physical hazards:
(a) "Flammable gases, including chemically unstable gases," of category 1, 2, A or B, marked by the Flame codes. Gas 1, Flam. Gas 2, Chem. Unst. Gas A or Chem. Unst. Gas B,
(b) "Aerosols" of category 1, 2 or 3, marked with Aerosol 1, Aerosol 2 or Aerosol 3;
(c) "Oxidising gases" of category 1, marked by Ox. Gas 1,
(d) "Gas under pressure," marked with Press codes. Gas (Comp.), Press. Gas (Liq.), Press. Gas (Ref. Liq.) or Press. Gas (Diss.),
(e) "Flammable liquids" of category 1, 2 or 3, marked with Flame codes. Liq. 1, Flam. Liq. 2 or Flam. Liq. 3,
(f) "Flammable solids" of category 1 or 2, marked with Flame codes. Sol. 1 or Flam. Sol. 2,
(g) "Self-reactive substances and mixtures" of types A, B, C, D, E, F or G, identified by the Self-react codes. And, Self-react. B, Self-react. CD, Self-read. EF or Self-react. G,
(h) "Self-igniting liquids" of category 1, marked with the code Pyr. Liq. 1,
(i) "Self-igniting solids" of category 1, marked by the code Pyr. Sol. 1,
(j) "Self-heating substances and mixtures" of category 1 or 2, identified by Self-heat codes. 1 or Self-heat. 2,
(k) "Substances and mixtures which, in contact with water, release flammable gases" of category 1, 2 or 3, identified by the codes Water-react. 1, Water-react. 2 or Water-react. 3,
(l) "Oxidising liquids" of category 1, 2 or 3, marked with Ox codes Liq. 1, Ox. Liq. 2 or Ox. Liq. 3,
(m) "Oxidising solids" of category 1, 2 or 3, marked with Ox. Sol. 1, Ox. Sol. 2 or Ox. Sol. 3,
(n) "Substances and mixtures corrosive to metals" of category 1, marked with the code Met. Corr. 1.
(3) Chemicals and mixtures classified as hazardous to the environment:
(a) "Hazardous to the aquatic environment" of category 1, 2, 3 or 4, marked Aquatic Acute 1, Aquatic Chronic 1, Aquatic Chronic 2, Aquatic Chronic 3 or Aquatic Chronic 4,
(b) "Hazardous to the ozone layer" of category 1, marked with Ozone 1.
(4) Substances and mixtures which are labelled with an additional hazard phrase (EUH theorem).

List of hazardous chemicals and mixtures to be handled by pupils under direct supervision
The list of hazardous chemicals and mixtures shall be based on the class and hazard category of chemicals and mixtures in accordance with their classification in accordance with the directly applicable European Union regulation on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures (4).
(1) Chemicals and mixtures which are classified as hazardous to health:
(a) "Acute toxicity" of category 1 or 2, marked with Acute Tox codes 1 or Acute Tox 2,
(b) "Carcinogenicity" of category 1A or 1B, marked with Carc codes. 1A or Carc. 1B,
(c) "Reproductive toxicity" of category 1A or 1B, marked with the codes Repr. 1A or Repr. 1B;
(d) "Mutagenicity" of category 1A or 1B, identified by muta codes. 1A or Muta. 1B.
(2) Chemicals and mixtures classified as hazardous in the field of physical hazards:
(a) "Explosives" of sub-classes 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 or 1.6, marked with the codes Expl. 1.1, Expl. 1.2, Expl. 1.3, Expl. 1.4, Expl. 1.5, or Expl. 1.6, if explosives are not covered by the Mining Act
(b) "Organic peroxides" of types A, B, C, D, E, F or G, marked with Org codes. Perox. And, Org. B, Org Perox. CD, Org. EF or Org.

Monoteneclosus (Fagus), white nut (Hikory), oak (Quercus), ebeno of African Cílon and under. (Diospyros), habru (Carpinus), ash (Fraxinus), maple (Acer), jelm (Ulnus), chestnut (Castanes), lime (Tilia), olsh (Alnus), walnut (Juglans), platinum (Platanus), plutum (Prunus), topol (Populus), cherries (Prunus), trees of the botanical group Dalbergia (Indian pisander, Brazilian pink wood, black wood, etc.)
