DECLARATION
of 17 December 2003
amending Decree No. 83 / 1993 Coll., on catering in social care establishments, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 58 (a) and (c) of Act No. 114 / 1988 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czech authorities in social security, as amended by Act No. 144 / 1991 Coll. and Act No. 582 / 1991 Coll., and under § 177a (1) of Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by Act No. 37 / 1993 Coll. and Act No. 307 / 1993 Coll.:
Decree No. 83 / 1993 Coll., on catering in social care establishments, as amended by Decree No. 139 / 1994 Coll., Decree No. 147 / 1995 Coll., Decree No. 263 / 1996 Coll. and Decree No. 146 / 1998 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 8 (1), including footnote 6):
"(1) The food units shall be:
(a) in institutions for disabled young people, in institutes for disabled young people with associated mental disabilities, in institutes for disabled young people with multiple defects, in institutions for mentally disabled young people and in separate departments or institutes for weekly stays (6), in bodies for disabled young people with associated mental disabilities, in bodies for disabled young people with multiple defects or mentally disabled youth for the ward of the following institutes:
| 1. ve věku od 3 do 6 let | 32 Kč až 47 Kč, |
| 2. ve věku od 6 do 12 let | 36 Kč až 54 Kč, |
| 3. ve věku od 12 let | 40 Kč až 63 Kč, |
| 4. trvale upoutané na lůžko | 32 Kč až 63 Kč; |
if diet is provided, the amount of diet unit increases by 6 CZK per person per day, for diabetic diet by 12 CZK per person per day,
(b) in separate departments or institutes for the day-to-day residence of disabled young people, disabled young people with associated mental disabilities, disabled young people with multiple defects and mentally disabled young people for the ward of the following institutes and for young people arriving in institutions for disabled young people:
| 1. ve věku od 3 do 6 let | 18 Kč až 26 Kč, |
| 2. ve věku od 6 do 12 let | 20 Kč až 30 Kč, |
| 3. ve věku od 12 let | 22 Kč až 35 Kč, |
| 4. trvale upoutané na lůžko | 18 Kč až 35 Kč; |
if diet is provided, the amount of diet unit increases by 4 CZK per person per day, for diabetic diet by 8 CZK per person per day,
(c) in pensioners' homes and other institutions for adult citizens, including the following institutes for weekly stays: 6)
| 1. u stravy normální | 40 Kč až 63 Kč, |
| 2. u stravy dietní | 44 Kč až 65 Kč, |
| 3. u diety diabetické, bílkovinné a výživné | 56 Kč až 76 Kč, |
(d) in separate departments or institutes for the daily stay of adult citizens:
| 1. u stravy normální | 22 Kč až 35 Kč, |
| 2. u stravy dietní | 25 Kč až 36 Kč, |
| 3. u diety diabetické, bílkovinné a výživné | 31 Kč až 42 Kč. |
6) § 74 of Decree No. 182 / 1991 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 137 / 1994 Coll. '
2. In Paragraph 8 (5) of the part of the sentence after the semicolon, the word "to 'is inserted after the word" to'.
3. In Article 9 (2), the word "tenner" is replaced by the words "full crown upward."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 February 2004.
