on the introduction of summer time between 1986 and 1988
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 1 of Act No. 54 / 1946 Coll., on Summer Time, and pursuant to § 85 of the Labour Code after discussion with the Central Council of Trade Unions:
The beginning and end of summer time between 1986 and 1988
(1) Summer time is introduced in 1986 on 30 March, 1987 on 29 March and 1988 on 27 March. These days, at the second hour of Central European time, the clock will shift to the third hour of summer time.
(2) Summer time ends in 1986 on 28 September, 1987 on 27 September and 1988 on 25 September. In these days, the third hour of summer time will shift the clock to the second hour of Central European time.
Impact of summer time on fixed weekly working hours
(1) The fixed weekly working hours for workers whose beginning of summer time between 1986 and 1988 will be one hour shorter in their working shift if this working shift is reduced as a result of the introduction of summer time.
(2) The fixed weekly working hours for workers whose end of summer time between 1986 and 1988 will be one hour longer on their shift if such working hours are extended as a result of the end of summer time.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
