GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 9 March 2015
on service tariffs and the special allowance for professional soldiers
The Government orders pursuant to § 68 paragraphs 2 and 4 and § 68c paragraph 2 of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll.:
Subject matter
This Regulation lays down:
(a) the amount of the service charges for military rank and rank in the waiting list;
(b) types of service activities, depending on the level of neuropsychological burden and the likelihood of life or health risk;
(c) the amount of the special allowance by type of service.
Service tariff
(1) The amount of the service charges belonging to the military rank referred to in Section 68 (2) of the Professional Soldiers Act is:

(2) The amount of the service charges belonging to the military rank referred to in Section 68 (4) of the Professional Soldiers Act is fixed for the military rank
(a) a private with a minimum wage;
(b) a Lance Corporal of a minimum wage plus 3,7%;
(c) a corporal of a minimum wage plus 7,3%;
(d) a gendarmerie of minimum wage plus 11,0%;
(e) a yaw of a minimum wage plus 14,6%;
(f) a minimum wage sergeant plus 18.3%;
(g) a minimum wage master plus 21.8%.
The service tariffs referred to in points (b) to (g) shall be rounded up to the nearest ten crowns.
Special surcharge
(1) The specific charge for service under conditions associated with an exceptional neuropsychological burden or risk of life or health risk is set at the level of:
(a) CZK 2,000 to CZK 10,000 per month in the 1st risk group,
b) CZK 2,000 to CZK 7,500 per month in the 2nd risk group,
c) CZK 1,000 to CZK 5,000 per month in the III risk group; and
d) 600 CZK to 2,500 CZK per month in the IV risk group.
(2) The types of service activities divided into different risk groups, depending on the level of neuropsychological burden and the likelihood of life or health risk, are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2015.

Types of service activities depending on the level of neuropsychological burden and the likelihood of life or health risk
I. Professional activities in the first risk group
The following activities are included in the First Risk Group:
(a) the activity of an executive military fighter;
(b) the activities of a military intelligence officer in the performance of military intelligence tasks under the Military Intelligence Act (1);
(c) the activities of the special forces in the performance of the tasks of the special forces in accordance with the Government Resolution on the use of special forces and the conduct of special operations2),
(d) the activities of a military police officer providing protection for the Minister of Defence.
II. Professional activities in the risk group II
The following activities are included in the risk group II:
(a) air traffic control;
(b) landing from helicopter and parachute jumps;
(c) the disposal and destruction of explosives and ammunition found or unexploded, the management and execution of explosive works, the control and execution of pyrotechnic surveys, the mine, the mine-minting and mine-mine survey, the search and cleaning of objects and spaces containing unexploded ammunition, the disposal and disposal of explosive explosive devices and the disposal of ammunition elements at blast sites;
(d) the activities of a military police officer under the Military Police Act (3), with the exception of those of a military police officer providing protection for the Minister of Defence;
(e) activities in the collection and processing of intelligence that are the subject of secrecy relating to the security of state defence and security of troops of the Czech Army;
(f) the activity of an advance air guide;
(g) the continuous provision of health care in operating rooms, anaesthesiology and emergency reception units, intensive care units or oncological departments, or the provision of emergency medical care by members of medical rescue services.
III. Professional activities in the III risk group
The following activities are included in the III risk group:
(a) professional fire extinguishing and other firefighting work carried out by professional firemen and the continuous conduct of practical instruction and training using an insulating breathing apparatus, respirator or filter mask and in a suit which protects against radiant heat or chemical or other dangerous substances;
(b) the activities of ground military personnel (4);
(c) activities related to the operation of the radiolocation technique to ensure an overview of the air situation and the identification of targets and the maintenance and technical control of the radiolocation technique;
(d) service at altitudes
1. for the treatment, revision and control of the support structures of light-signalling aerial ground equipment, antenna systems or systems and constituents of ground-based radiolabelling, radiological, radio-communications or meteorological equipment; or
2. carrying out practical training in the treatment, revision and inspection of the establishments referred to in point 1;
(e) the performance of service in the treatment, revision and control of air ground radiological, radio navigation, radio communications or meteorological equipment providing air services;
(f) identification of air targets, management of action in the formation of a recognised picture of the air situation, coordination of action with early warning and command means of air defence of the State with direct responsibility for carrying out a military and non-military air threat mission;
(g) diving with the use of diving breathing apparatus with the supply of compressed air or gas mixtures, oxygen or air regeneration devices;
(h) conducting special physical training;
(i) professional rescue activities carried out by military rescue personnel or military firefighters;
(j) carrying out radiological, chemical and biological surveys of areas contaminated with sharp substances, decontamination of persons, techniques and premises affected by such substances;
(k) activities with highly explosive substances in the implementation of radio-sounding atmospheric exploration.
IV. Professional activities in the IV risk group
The following activities are included in the IV risk group:
(a) work carried out permanently underground;
(b) storage, treatment and revision of ammunition in the ammunition base;
(c) photographic evaluation and redrawing of maps;
(d) the work of military staff under the legislation governing the category of military aircraft personnel;
(e) the continuous guarding of objects of particular importance within the competence of the Castle Guard.
