amending Decree No. 423 / 2011 Coll., on how to calculate the costs of the professional forestry operator's activities in cases where its activities are borne by the State
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 37 (11) of Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., on Forests and amending and supplementing certain laws (Forest Act), as amended by Act No. 314 / 2019 Coll.:
In Paragraph 1 (2) of Decree No 423 / 2011 Coll., on the method of calculating the costs of the professional forestry operator's activities in cases where its activities are borne by the State, "1,20 'is replaced by" 1,60'.
Transitional provision
For the calculation of the costs of the professional forestry operator's activity in cases where its activity is paid by the State, for the first quarter of 2020 the rate referred to in Article 1 (2) of Decree No 423 / 2011 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of that decree, shall apply.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2020.
