THE LAW
of 20 March 2014
amending Act No. 191 / 2012 Coll., on the European Citizens' Initiative
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 191 / 2012 Coll., on the European Citizens' Initiative, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (3), the words "the supervision of authorised persons' are replaced by the words" the control of authorised persons'.
2.
(1) The Ministry of the Interior uses for the exercise of its powers under this Act
(a) from the population base register
1st surname,
2. name and / or name,
3. date of birth,
4. the date of death or the date indicated in the court's decision on the death declaration as the date of death or, where applicable, the date on which the data subject did not survive;
5. Citizenship or multiple citizenship,
6. numbers of electronically readable identification documents,
(b) from the population information system
1. name, names, surnames,
2. date of birth,
3. citizenship and, where appropriate, multiple citizenship,
(c) from the information system for the registration of civil certificates
1. name, names, surnames,
2. the number and, where appropriate, the series of identity cards,
(d) from the travel document registration information system
1. name, names, surnames,
2. the travel document number.
(2) From the data referred to in paragraph 1, only such data as are necessary to fulfil the task may be used in a particular case. The data listed as reference data in the population base register shall be used from the population registration information system only if they are in the form preceding the current situation. ';
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
