On 13 January 2004, the Constitutional Court decided in plenary on the proposal of Mgr. Stanislav Grosse, Minister of the Interior, to repeal the generally binding Litoměřice Decree No. 4 / 95 on the prohibition of communist, fascist and Nazi propaganda in the territory of Litoměřice as follows:
The Decree of the City of Litoměřice No 4 / 95 on the prohibition of communist, fascist and Nazi propaganda on the territory of the City of Litoměřice of 6 April 1995 is hereby repealed.
