DECLARATION
Ministry of Finance
of 30 January 2002
amending Decree No. 114 / 1991 of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic Coll., on the remuneration of intermediaries and arbitrators, the amount of the fee for a copy of a collective agreement of higher degree and the amount and method of payment of costs before the arbitrator, as amended by Decree No. 210 / 1995 Coll.
In agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Finance provides, pursuant to § 15 (2) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
Decree No 114 / 1991 Coll., on the remuneration of intermediaries and arbitrators, the amount of the fee for a copy of a collective agreement of higher degree and the amount and method of payment of costs before the arbitrator, as amended by Decree No 210 / 1995 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In § 1, the amount "CZK 4,000 'is replaced by" CZK 7,000'.
2. In Paragraph 2 (1), "CZK 5,000 'is replaced by" CZK 10,000'.
3. In Article 2 (2), "CZK 2,500 'is replaced by" CZK 5,000'.
4. In Paragraph 4 (1), the amount "CZK 1,000 'is replaced by" CZK 2,000'.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
