According to Article 75 of Act No. 89 / 2021 Coll., on medical devices and amending Act No. 378 / 2007 Coll., on medicinal products and on amendments to certain related laws (the Act on Medicines), as amended, the central repository of electronic vouchers was opened on 1 January 2022.
