on the extension of the commitment of Appendix 1 to the Collective Higher Level Contract
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., announces that Appendix 1 to the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for the years 2017 - 2018, which was concluded on 28 December 2017 between the Senior Trade Union Body - Department of Glass, ceramics and porcelain and employers' organisations - Association of the Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication and other employers with predominant activity in the sector identified by the codes of classification of economic activities CZ - NACE with the numerical heading 231, 2341 and 2342.
