DECLARATION
of 28 January 2016
amending Decree No 274 / 2009 Coll., on educational establishments for which the maximum permitted number of children, pupils and students or other similar units kept in the school register and school establishments are not indicated
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 144 (3) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 49 / 2009 Coll.:
In Section 1 of Decree No. 274 / 2009 Coll., on educational establishments for which the maximum permitted number of children, pupils and students or other similar units kept in the register of schools and educational establishments is not indicated, point (e) is deleted.
Points (f) to (j) shall be renumbered (e) to (i).
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 June 2016.
