DECLARATION
of 11 February 2010
amending Decree No 352 / 2008 Coll., on the details of the management of waste from cars, selected cars, the way in which they are kept and the evidence of waste generated in the facilities for collecting and processing cars and the information system for monitoring the flows of selected cars (on the details of the management of cars)
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to Sections 37 (9) and 37b (2) of Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on waste and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 188 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 7 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 314 / 2006 Coll., ("the Act '):
Decree No 352 / 2008 Coll., on the details of the management of waste from cars, selected cars, the way in which they are maintained and the evidence of waste generated in the facilities for collecting and processing cars and the information system for monitoring the flows of selected cars (on the details of the handling of cars) are amended as follows:
1. In Article 4, the sentence "The information system is linked to the public administration contact points' shall be added at the end of paragraph 1.
2. the words "if they cannot be deactivated" shall be added to Annex 2, point 2.2.2.2.
3. In Annex 2, point 2.2.2.3 is added:
"2.2.2.3. Parts for reuse (catalytic converter; tyres; large parts of plastic, such as bumper, dashboard, wheel covers; metal parts containing copper, aluminium, magnesium; glass), if they cannot be separated during crushing and efficiently used as materials, must be removed from the truck. '
4. Annex 3 shall read as follows:
"Annex No 3 to Decree No 352 / 2008 Coll.
Confirmation of taking over the car train to the auto train collection facility
"
5. In the second sentence of Annex 4, under the heading "Explanatory notes', the words" six decimal places' are replaced by the words "three decimal places'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
