on the imposition of an addendum to a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following amendment to a collective agreement of higher degree was imposed on it between 1.2.2006 and 28.2.2006:
Appendix 4 (dated 26 January 2006) to a collective agreement of a higher degree
closed between
Union of employees of glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain
and
Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic.
