amending the Order of the Czech Mining Authority No. 22 / 1989 Coll., on the Safety and Health at Work and the Safety of Operation in Mining and Mining Activities, as amended by the Decree of the Czech Mining Authority No. 477 / 1991 Coll., No. 340 / 1992 Coll. and No. 3 / 1994 Coll.
The Czech Mining Office provides pursuant to § 6 paragraph 6 (a) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and State Mining Administration, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 425 / 1990 Coll. and the Act of the Czech National Council No. 542 / 1991 Coll.:
The Decree of the Czech Mining Authority No. 22 / 1989 Coll., on the Safety and Health Protection at Work and the Safety of Operation in Mining and Mining Activities in Underground, as amended by the Decree of the Czech Mining Authority No. 477 / 1991 Coll., No. 340 / 1992 Coll. and No. 3 / 1994 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. The title of the decree reads: "The Order of the Czech Mining Authority on Safety and Health Protection at Work and Safety of Operation in Mining Activities and in Conquering Unreserved Minerals in Underground."
2. Paragraph 1, including Notes 1) and 1a) shall read as follows:
The Decree sets out requirements to ensure safety and health at work and safety of operations (hereinafter referred to as "work and operation safety ') in mining activity (1) in the underground and in mining of non-reserved minerals (1a) in the underground, including objects and equipment on the surface related to these activities.

3. In the second sentence of Paragraph 53 (1), the words "the protection zone, or 'are deleted.
4. In Paragraph 101 (5), the words "in the mining works with the danger of mine shocks and in the finished mining works on the mines of the 2nd class of danger 'are deleted.
5. Sections 161, 162 and 164 (9) are deleted.
6. The fourth and fifth sentences of Paragraph 324 (3) read: "The worker inside the container must be secured by two external workers and must be handcuffed by a protective device with a shock absorber to the securing rope. The securing line must be still tight. '
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1996.
