on the binding nature of Appendix 1 to a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under Act No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that Appendix 1 to the Collective Agreement of the Higher Degree, concluded on 11 January 2006 between the Senior Trade Union Body, the Trade Union of the Construction of the Czech Republic and the Trade Union of Transport Workers, the Road Economy and the Automobile Industry of Bohemia and Moravia, on the one hand, and the Association of Employers in the Construction of the Czech Republic, on the other hand, 26.3, 26.4, 26.6, 26.7, 26.7, 26.7, 45.
With the content of a collective contract of higher degree and a supplement whose commitment has been extended to other employers, it is possible to get to know the employment authorities and the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
