laying down the procedure for the preparation of the statistical survey programme
The Czech Statistical Office provides pursuant to § 27 (a) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service (hereinafter referred to as the Act):
Proposals for the content of the statistical surveys for the next calendar year carried out by the Czech Statistical Office may be submitted to the Czech Statistical Office by 31 March of the current year.
Proposals for statistical surveys for the next calendar year carried out by ministries and other central administrations, meeting the requirements laid down in Section 10 (2) of the Act, shall be submitted in duplicate to the Czech Statistical Office, together with the formalised content of the statistical surveys, by 31 July of the current year at the latest.
Proposals for amending or supplementing the statistical survey programme already published in the Collection of Laws shall be submitted to the Czech Statistical Office at least three months before the date on which the reporting agents are to provide the data covered by the amendments or additions.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
