amending Decree No 79 / 1996 of the Ministry of Agriculture Coll., on the uniform service of staff of the public administration of forests and their designation
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 51 (3) of Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., on Forests and on the amendment and addition of certain laws (Forest Act):
Decree No 79 / 1996 Coll., on the uniform service of staff of the public forest authorities and their designation, is hereby amended as follows:
1.
Definition of the form of the uniform
(1) The service uniform ("the uniform") is the colour of the green and grey. The uniform design or tailored shall consist of the mandatory clothing components listed in Annex No 1; the same Annex shall also contain the permitted clothing components which may be combined with the mandatory clothing components.
(2) The jacket is without shoulder straps with dark green collar stand and dark green lining pockets and lapel.
(3) The uniform staff of the Military Forest Office is the colour green with dark green collar and dark green droppings on their trousers. The mandatory and permissible clothing components of the staff of the Military Forest Office are listed in Annex 1.
(4) Part of the uniform is the metal badge of the state forest administration. The badge is made of white metal with enamel, with a registration number on the back. The badge is worn on the left side of the jacket. The pattern of the outside of the badge is given in Annex 2. ';

Model badge of state forest administration (measure 1: 1)
In the performance of their duties, the staff of the national forest authorities shall be entitled to wear the uniform until 31 December 2000.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
